About
I became a physiotherapist because I wanted to help people move without pain — not just manage it, but actually resolve it. Too many patients are given exercises without context or told to just rest. I take a different approach.
Every session starts with understanding how you move, what hurts, and why. I combine hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise programming, and I work closely with the naturopaths and medical team at Sohma House to address the inflammatory and nutritional side of recovery.
Before joining Sohma House, I worked in sports rehabilitation and chronic pain management across public and private settings in North Queensland, including post-surgical recovery and return-to-work programs.
“Movement is medicine — but only when it is the right movement for your body.”
