Sohma House is a healthcare clinic at 17 Anderson St, Manunda QLD 4870. We provide clinical consultations, wellness services, and related health programs.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, date of birth, email, phone number, and any health information you provide in intake forms. During consultations, your practitioner may record clinical notes, prescriptions, and treatment plans.
How we use it
Your information is used to provide healthcare services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, process prescriptions, and comply with Australian healthcare regulations including TGA and AHPRA requirements.
Who we share it with
We share information only when required: with your treating practitioners, pharmacies fulfilling prescriptions, the TGA for controlled substance approvals, and Medicare/DVA for billing. We never share your information with employers, insurers, or for marketing purposes.
How we protect it
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Clinical records are stored in Australian-hosted, healthcare-grade systems. Access is restricted by role — reception staff cannot see clinical notes, and all access is logged.
